Hi! My name is Yoonah!~

I'm a digital artist from California who wants to specialize in character design. This year, I've been primarily drawing Twitch emotes, but I'm taking on new projects to expand my portfolio. Currently, most of my gallery is made up of portrait studies and fan art; however, I plan on creating my own original illustrations starting in 2022! I use Procreate for any digital works and prefer to use oil paints and graphite for traditional mediums.My other hobbies include cosplaying, Twitch streaming, and content creation! I typically stream League of Legends during the day & plan on streaming Art at night. You can also find future Art tutorials and time-lapses on my Youtube channel!

Terms of Service

Commission Process

**1. ) ** Fill and send in the Commission Form**2. ) ** After your form is accepted, I will contact you via Discord/Twitter/E-mail & an invoice will be sent through Paypal.**3. ) ** Once half or complete payment is sent, I will start your commission.**4. ) ** Concept sketches will be sent for changes and approval. **All changes must be made in this time frame **(Example: Expressions, Colors, Pose, Sizing for clarity).References will be required because they are extremely helpful for the sketching process! I want to make sure the work is completed in a way you envisioned.**5. ) ** Once all revisions are made, I will begin the line-art process. Line-art & coloring progress can be sent if requested.Major changes after sketch approval will be subject to an extra charge.**6. ) ** The final artworks and files will be sent via a Google Drive folder or Discord (Whichever you prefer).

✦ Most commissions will be posted on social media and the process may be streamed on Twitch, unless requested otherwise.____✦ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Copyright Policy

As the artist, I reserve the rights to the produced artwork.
This means I can do the following:

✦ Post or display the artwork on my social media and/or gallery (You will be credited as the commissioner).✦Use the artwork for promotion (serving as an example of my produced works for others).✦ If you request that the commission is private, additional fees may apply. Please refer to Payment.

As the commissioner, you MAY:

✦ Repost the art on any site with proper credits directed towards me.✦ Print the art for PERSONAL use, and not for profit. If you'd like to distribute the image for profit, please refer to the Payment section.✦ Use the art as a profile picture, display, or background picture on social media if credited.

As the commissioner, you may NOT:

✦ Change, modify, or use my art for unintended purposes without my permission/consent.***I will allow emotes to be animated, but you must inform me beforehand.***✦ Reproduce the artwork commercially (this implies you cannot make any profit off of the art unless you pay COMMERCIAL prices).✦ Remove or crop out any watermarks including signatures or @'s.✦ Take credit for my artwork.

✦ You are not allowed to pay for sketches, cancel the full payment, then send the sketches to be completed or used as a reference to another artist. Sketches are still my work.✦ I am not responsible for any DMCA claims that you may receive for copyrighted characters
(Commercialized fan art).

Completion Time

✦ Emote Art will be completed within 2 - 3 weeks depending on complexity and amount of works commissioned.✦ Illustrations (Sketches and Portrait Art) will most likely be completed within 2 months at most (depending on complexity).✦ If there are any potential delays, you will be notified promptly.✦ A rush order will have an additional cost depending on the urgency of the deadline.✦ Please send all references as soon as possible!

Payment

✦ Payment is only accepted through Paypal.✦ AT LEAST HALF payment is required to start the concept sketching process.✦ Full payment is required to receive the final/polished versions of the art work.✦ Private commissions (that are not allowed to be shared or posted) will cost an addition 15%.

Personal Use

✦ Twitch & Discord Emotes are considered personal use.✦ As long as I am credited as the artist, Illustrations may be posted to any social media (Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.)✦Using my art work as a banner, profile picture, background, starting soon/offline screen, panel, and etc. is also permitted if I am credited properly.

Commercial Use

✦ If you'd like to use my artwork for merchandise or for profit, payment is usually 2x the initial price but you must contact me for further discussion regarding a contract.✦ Commercial use includes: Posters, Stickers, Clothing, Print, Book covers, Mugs, Advertisements, etc.

Refunds

✦ 100% of the payment can be refunded if I have not started the sketching process.✦ Once sketches are received, there will be no refunds.✦ If you still proceed with a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and have absolutely no rights to any of the artwork created.
